REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Montecito Water District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to replace pipeline and related infrastructure in the District’s service area which was damaged during the January 9th, 2018 debris flow.
The Request For Proposals (RFP) outlines the requirements and submittal instructions, and is available online at:

All proposals are due by 5:00pm on Thursday May 23, 2019 per the instructions in the RFP.
