Rack-to-Runway Looks Hit The Catwalk At The Paseo Nuevo Fall Runway Show
WHAT: Fall’s newest trends are hitting the runway on Saturday, October 21st when Paseo Nuevo retailers and pop-ups reveal their fall collections in active, beach, holiday, and evening wear. The free event will include beauty bars, photo ops, samples, a DJ, special in-store events, pop-up shops, one-day sales, and the highly anticipated 1:00pm runway show featuring over 35 models wearing looks available at Paseo Nuevo. The first 100 attending guests will receive swag bags and guests have a chance to win access to the show’s VIP lounge when they RSVP on Facebook.
WHO: Participating stores include: ANGL, Big Dogs, Cotton On, Evangelina Boutique, Francesca’s, Gap, Inspire, Lorna Jane, and Nordstrom as well as pop-up shops, Mama Luma and The Whiskey Hotel featuring Trinidad3. Models provided by Hello Gorgeous Models, hair styling by Santa Barbara City College Cosmetology Academy, hair products by Avedaand makeup by Sephora.
WHY: Paseo Nuevo’s runway show will feature fresh fall looks for the entire family, ready to buy and wear now! The show is designed to inspire fall shopping – for yourself or for the holidays. Stores open at 10:00am and guests can arrive early to get pumped up for the show. The DJ starts dropping beats at noon, seating will open at 12:30pm and the live runway show starts at 1:00pm. After the show, guests can enjoy shopping, discounts, and refreshments at participating stores throughout the day.
