Hospice of Santa Barbara Art Reception: Hannah Stevens Allen

Join Hospice of Santa Barbara in welcoming artist Hannah Stevens Allen on July 30 with a reception for her solo art exhibition, “Summer Series: A Tribute to My Father.”
Hannah’s work illustrates her personal journey of grief and nostalgia after losing her father in 2017. She draws inspiration from the summers she spent with her family in the Adirondack Mountains. Her collection also features colorful highlights of healing from her surroundings here in California. Hannah hopes to assist viewers to reconnect with their inner child, and to recognize the powerful benefits of creativity in dealing with loss.
The opening reception will be held 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 30, at the Leigh Block Gallery, located inside Hospice of Santa Barbara. Come enjoy an evening of art, live music and complimentary wine and hors d’oeuvres. Hannah’s artwork will be on display July through October
Twenty-five percent of the art gallery’s total sales will benefit Hospice of Santa Barbara.
