Your instructor, Breanne, will guide you through different postures as you elevate your consciousness, explore ways to go beyond certain limitations, and expand into your full potential.
This inaugural program will include a brief grounding meditation and inspiring prompt followed by a 50-minute Hatha yoga flow and resting savasana in the famed Blue and White Garden outside the Spanish Patio.
