About the yoga instructor Rae Gulland:
Rae has been practicing yoga since 2014. After experiencing first-hand the many ways in which yoga transformed her life, she realized she needed to hold space for and guide others to experience the same. Rae studied for ten weeks in Rishikesh, India where she completed her YTT500 with a focus in Vinyasa, Hatha, anatomy, pranayama, meditation, and the use of props. Her passion for teaching safe movement inspired her to become a certified personal trainer. Her goal is to play with the intersection of yoga and strength training by teaching safe but strengthening yoga through functional movements and alignment-focused sequencing. Each class is focused heavily on the connection between awareness of breath and movement. Students of all levels are welcome.
