This month’s speaker, Rachel McDonald, owns a small-group and personal training studio in Goleta. She focuses on working primarily with seniors, cancer patients, and survivors to improve their energy levels, strength, balance, and mobility and diminish aches and pains. At her “Health Habits” presentation, she’ll educate us about current recommendations for exercise and nutrition, ways we can add steps into our daily routines to support our wellness, and how to retain those habits for the long term.
