There’s a lot of buzz around Dreamcôte, the small-producer of low alcohol, low sulfur wines and hard ciders fermented with fruit and botanicals from their small farm in Ballard, CA. Their wines are increasingly popular. We’ll learn from winemaker Brit Zotovich how she creates everyday, food-friendly wines that are fresh and vibrant.
Big Joe’s Catering will be providing grilled tri-tip, grilled veggies, salad, guacamole and chips and salsa, plus we’ll have delicious dessert from Renaud’s Patisserie! (Vegetarian option possible, if you let us know at minimum 2 days before the event.)
