Dances of Universal Peace

The Dances of Universal Peace are a heart-opening form of group spiritual practice. We sing sacred phrases from the world’s spiritual traditions and move to simple “folk dance” style steps. No prior experience is necessary, as the dance leader teaches the words, the meaning of the sacred phrase, the melody, and the movements.

The Santa Barbara dance circle meets on the 4th Sunday of each month, from 12:30 to 2:00, n the chapel at Unity of Santa Barbara, 227 East Arrellaga Street. The event is fragrance-free. A Love Offering is taken; suggested donation is $10-20.
