Delegation participants will include Coalition co-chairs and steering committee members, as well as Helena Pasquarella, a congressional candidate instrumental in passing Ojai’s ceasefire resolution.
DETAILS
Delegation of local stakeholders will demand UCSB stop recruitment and collaboration with weapons contractors–RTX (Raytheon), Northrop Grumman & Lockheed Martin–aiding and abetting US-Israel genocide in Gaza.
On 1/26/24, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) issued a preliminary ruling that there is a plausible case Israel has committed genocide in Gaza, where to date over 100,000 Palestinians have either been killed or wounded and nearly two million driven from their homes. The Coalition demands UCSB honor the ICJ’s ruling by ending recruitment and collaboration with weapons contractors complicit in genocide.
