Buellton Community Garden Volunteer Day

On Saturday June 24th from 10am to 2pm there will be a volunteer day at the location of the future Buellton Community Garden (currently a vacant lot).

Volunteers will help clean and prep the currently empty lot to be turned into a garden and greenspace for the whole community to enjoy.

Volunteers should bring a hat and gloves and be prepared for moderate to light work including weeding, raking, and removing trash and debris.This will be an initial work day and we will not be planting or installing a fence or irrigation.

If possible, bring water and your own tools you feel comfortable using including rakes, shovels, hoes, other weeding tools. Please label your own tools with a sharpie or something similar.
