Orientation and Mobility: Fall Prevention

During this workshop Orientation Add an image by clicking on the icon and browsing for your image. Then send the image to back (Home Tab > Arrange > Send to Back). The blue box and text should stay on top of the image. and Mobility Specialist, Sylvia Gomez, will discuss how to prevent falls and improve your safety in or outside your home. We will provide you with strategies to maintain a fall proof home, detail the benefits of using a long white cane and provide health and exercise tips to increase your overall safety as you travel in any environment.
