Block Printing Workshop

Learn the basics of block printing in this hands on workshop for adults at Art From Scrap. Carve original designs on rubber blocks to create single color prints. We’ll focus on single color relief prints using rubber blocks. You’ll be given all the materials you need to carve, proof, and print your designs.

Art From Scrap Art Coordinator Rachel Palmer will introduce different block techniques and teach you how to print without a press. Block printing can be used to print onto cards, notebooks, and much more. Learn this new skill just in time to make your own holiday cards or hand printed wrapping paper.
