Apply practical strategies to retain a valuable customer base, diffuse difficult situations and earn repeat business. Topics include the anatomy of a complaint, regulating verbal and nonverbal responses, active listening skills, creative problem solving, customer perceptions and expectations, adapting to different conflict styles, and steps to defuse angry customers.
You may elect to take this course independent of a Career Skills Institute digital badge or apply it to the Customer Relations Certificate. Participants who earn this certificate will have developed a deep understanding of communication skills and how they relate to quality customer service. All Career Skills Institute classes are tuition-free.
To obtain the Customer Relations Certificate, participants must complete a total of three required courses:
