Balance: Use It or Lose It!
This will be an informative session to learn techniques and basic movements that can improve balance skills and help participants to become stronger and more fit. The workshop will include discussion and simple movements that are designed for the older adult, but the techniques can be applied to all ages and levels of fitness.
