The Ritz-Carlton Bacara, Santa Barbara–the premier oceanfront resort along the Gaviota Coast–welcomes premier central coast winemakers for monthly wine pairing dinners – The Grassini Family Vineyards is scheduled this May 16th. The special evening will be in the intimate and private Angel Oak –The Ritz-Carlton Bacara’s fine dining restaurant. The carefully curated four-course pairing menu will bring forth the tasting notes of the celebrated wines in the company of the winemakers. The pairing menu will be created in collaboration with Chef de Cuisine of Angel Oak, Diego Seitour. Guests will enjoy a warm welcome at The Bacara Wine Tasting Room, before heading to Angel Oak for dinner and concluding at the private wine cellar room with a crafted dessert by Pastry Chef Omkar Kulkarni.
