If your last patent filing was more than 2 years ago, your assumptions about patents are probably out of date. Technology evolves, and so do the laws protecting technology. Our speaker will cover hot topics including: current best practices in patent drafting, Track One expedited examinations, patentability of software and business methods, and post-grant validity attacks through IPR, CBM, and PGR.
Steve Sereboff is the founder of the region’s leading and largest intellectual property law firm, SoCal IP Law Group LLP. Steve is recognized as a premiere intellectual property strategist. Clients depend on Steve’s economic and business acumen to guide their decisions on what to patent and where. He regularly advises clients on how to leverage their IP rights, and how to avoid claims of infringing others’ IP rights.
