Julia has been the Public Relations Director at the Santa Barbara Zoo for 15 years. Prior to that, she spent 10 years as publicist for the Lobero Theatre and worked with a variety of arts and environmental nonprofit clients. She teaches Public Relations at Santa Barbara City College, and earned her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) from the Public Relations Society of America in 2010.
