11th Annual Heroes of Hospice Luncheon

Hospice of Santa Barbara (HSB) hosts its 11th annual Heroes of Hospice luncheon on Sunday, September 10th, in person, from 11 am – 1:30 pm at the Rosewood Miramar Beach Resort, which is helping sponsor the event. This year’s event will have a special focus on Celebrating Those We Love and their ongoing impact in our lives.
The event honors the people and organizations that bring compassion and care, at all levels, to those in need in the greater Santa Barbara community. This year’s honorees include Charlie Zimmer, Santa Barbara Foundation and HSB’s Patient Care Services team.
In recent years, the demand for HSB’s services has been growing. To help meet this need, fundraisers and the recognition that comes with Heroes of Hospice allows the organization to reach additional community members struggling with grief or life-threatening illness, free of charge.
