Help Needed-Missing bike and backpack

Earlier today, my son was riding his electric bike home from the beach after a day of fishing. He experienced a medical emergency. He believed he left his bike and backpack in a friend’s garage in the vicinity of State St. and Mission St. near West Padre St. We’ve checked this garage and the belongings are not there. He was disoriented and perhaps put them in a garage close to this one.
