Arts for Humanity! is currently seeking to fill the role of Program Administrator.
As a qualified candidate, you must be self-motivated, detail-oriented with good follow through, and have excellent computer & writing skills. You must be reliable, honest, highly organized, and able to prioritize while managing multiple tasks.
This is an arts-based organization, thus in the role of Program Administrator you will be working primarily with creative individuals. You must be patient & flexible yet equally as comfortable working quickly & effectively with details, dates, deadlines, etc.
Responsibilities include: administration and coordination of Arts for Humanity!’s community arts programs and events, computer management and organization, professional and efficient correspondence, public relations, filing, data entry, research. It is very helpful if the candidate has a good eye and can assist with visual materials.
Assisting the Creative /Executive Director with program development, special fundraising events, grant applications, monthly reports, and research. Developing and maintaining healthy relationships with our program partners, teaching artists, volunteers and interns. Conducting effective follow up of AH! programs for data tracking, including impact and demographics.
Must have experience with MS Office Suite and be technically proficient. Experience in non-profits, development, PR and marketing is a plus.

25-30 hours per week (flexible), from home and occasionally from Arts for Humanity!’s Westside Santa Barbara home office. Compensation $15/hour, starting salary.
