Kitchen, patio, laundry, and garden privileges. Prefer someone who mostly works outside the home. Would appreciate quiet and considerate. No smoking, drinking, or drugs. Up a little hill so best if you own a vehicle. On street parking only. Safe, quiet neighborhood with lovely foothill views. Near gas stations, shops, and freeway entrances. Please, no overnight guests. Partially or fully furnished depending on your needs. Hopefully be vaccinated. Will need to be vetted and approved by the property management company. Process takes about a week and a half.
One indoor kitty already here, sorry, can allow no other pets. Need first month’s rent and equal deposit to move in. Fee includes water, gas, electricity, trash, recycling, sewer, gardener, internet, cleaning person. Small ac unit in room and nice view of lovely fruiting persimmon tree in backyard outside windows.
