It’s with a heavy heart that I sell my favorite car of all time. We are upgrading to a larger family vehicle and I can’t justify keeping her. This car gives you the classic ultimate driving experience BMW is known for without the heavy price tag for repair and superb safety. She’s ultimately ruined me driving other vehicles, none are as fun or peppy/ This would make a great starter car for a new driver, fun to drive, and low maintenance. 

 

The E46 is the fourth generation of the BMW 3 Series and is arguably one of the most reliable BMW’s ever made. The engine is “bulletproof” according to my mechanic and can last to 300k miles.

 

She is in great shape with only minor scratches and dings. The interior has held up really well. I’ve been the longest running owner since 2009 and have service records and CarFax available. In December she received two new tires, new battery, oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Registration is paid through September. She’s been regularly serviced at Ian’s Tires & Auto and Granny’s Garage (BMW Specialist). She does need new lower control arms but the mechanic said it’s not something that needs to be done ASAP, however, I did lower the car’s value to reflect the cost for future repair.
