Poppy Marché Opens at Montecito Country Mart

The Montecito Country Mart is pleased to welcome the addition of Poppy Marché. This is the third venture for owners Heather Whitney Rosenfield and Jenny Belushi, who also have Poppy Store locations in Brentwood and Marin County. The new children’s resort wear retail concept is located at 1016 Coast Village Rd Ste E, Montecito CA 93108. Hours are 10am-6pm Monday to Saturday, Sundays 11am-5pm. Owners can be reached for comment at 310.435.9498.

Poppy Marché is inspired by the ease and style of the South of France and focuses on all things wonderful about summer holidays, whether beachside or poolside. With the resort beach appeal of Santa Barbara, often referred to as the American Riviera, the store will feature children’s swimwear, sandals, hats, pool toys, and other vacation time essentials. In addition Poppy Basics, our everyday must-haves for Poppy Littles include Petit Bateau, Hunter boots, Superga sneakers, and Lacoste. The opening of Poppy Marché follows the redesign of the new bright and airy space which will feature brand collections from Minnow, Roller Rabbit, Sunuva and others.

Poppy Store is a luxe baby and childrenswear boutique with outposts in Northern and Southern California. The Poppy brand represents classic style, with a nod to European ease and urban functionality. From everyday essentials to playful partywear, Poppy exhibits an expertly curated collection of the best international brands in pint-sized fashions.
The first Poppy Store opened in 2008 inside the Brentwood Country Mart in Santa Monica, California. Both Jenny Belushi & Heather Whitney Rosenfield, manage the Poppy Store brand and buying for its three brick-and-mortar locations as well as an e-commerce website. Jenny lives in Brentwood, CA with her husband, actor Jim Belushi, and their two children. Heather lives in Ross, CA with her husband, Jim Rosenfield and their four boys.
