New Wellness Spa Soul Care Studio + Sauna Open in Santa Barbara

Soul Care Studio + Sauna is a new locally owned wellness spa offering private infrared sauna, halotherapy, cold plunge and a guided meditation pod. Services can be purchased one at a time, in packages, or through a membership. The spa is owned and operated by Ben and Nikki Reden, and is located in downtown Santa Barbara at 1101 Anacapa Street Suite 100, on the corner of Anacapa and Figueroa Streets. Non-toxic hair care is available within Soul Care Studio + Sauna by Nikki’s Salon. Soul Care Studio + Sauna was created with the intention to offer locals and visitors a place to recharge and inspire greater wellbeing. Soul Care Studio + Sauna opened its doors on March 7th, 2024 and is looking forward to providing the community and visitors with services to help nourish their mind, body and soul.
