The Bloom Again Foundation has renewed support to People’s Self-Help Housing (PSHH). The Southern California based nonprofit, which provides rapid response financial assistance for economically vulnerable women, have already supported PSHH residents with over $50,000 in much needed aid over the past six years.
To commemorate the partnership, People’s Self-Help Housing, which included Chief Operating Officer Anna Miller, Chief Real Estate Development Officer Veronica Garcia, and Director of Neighborhood Development & Resident Services Rick Gulino recently traveled to Glendale, California to attend an event hosted by the Bloom Again Foundation.
“We are honored that they have selected the residents of PSHH to be the beneficiary of this exciting partnership,” said Gulino, “this will have a significant positive impact on so many, for a decade to come.”
Founded by bestselling author and motivational speaker Dr. Lois Frankel (Nice Girls Don’t Get the Corner Office, and her latest book, Ageless Women, Timeless Wisdom: Witty, Wicked, and Wise Reflections on Well-Lived Lives) the Bloom Again Foundation has helped thousands of women get back on their feet after suffering through an economic or health challenge. Through the provision of living essentials and financial help, gifts from the Bloom Again Foundation have helped scores of PSHH residents emerge emotionally and financially strong after life changing events.
