Barry Cappello and Leila Noël, partners in the Santa Barbara law firm Cappello & Noël LLP, were selected for inclusion in the 2024 edition of The Best Lawyers in America. The firm was recognized in the 2024 edition of The Best Law Firms in America.

Both attorneys were recognized for their legal skills in mass tort litigation and plaintiff class action representation. Since 1989, Cappello has been consecutively included in the rankings. This is the fifth consecutive year that Noël has received the honor.

Best Lawyers rankings are based on an evaluation process that includes client and lawyer evaluations, peer review surveys and review of additional information. This is Best Lawyers’ 30th year. Only the top 5.3% of all practicing lawyers in the U.S. were selected by their peers for inclusion in the 2024 edition. Cappello & Noël received a regional Best Law Firm Tier One ranking in commercial litigation and mass tort litigation/plaintiffs class actions.
