Originally from Nipomo, Napoli has lived and been a part of the banking community in the Santa
Barbara area since 2004. Previously, she operated as Vice President, Branch Manager at MUFG
Union Bank. Prior to its acquisition by MUFG Union Bank, Napoli served in various managerial
capacities at the Santa Barbara Bank & Trust, her duties expanding from overseeing a single
location, to overseeing 18 branches spanning from Paso Robles to Carpinteria.
