Adrian Spence Joins PASF Board

Adrian Spence Joins Board of the Performing Arts Scholarship Foundation

At its July meeting, the Board of Directors of the Performing Arts Scholarship Foundation (PASF) formally welcomed Adrian Spence, noted musician and Artistic Director of Camerata Pacifica, to its board.

Under the leadership of Mr. Spence, Camerata Pacifica has become one of the most notable chamber music organizations in the country, distinctive not only for its exceptional artistic quality, but also for its dynamic sense of community. As an administrator, Spence created a business model that permits the presentation of world class artists in small, intimate venues, thereby preserving the essence of ‘chamber music.

Spence joins additional new board member, arts supporter Pat Yzurdiaga, to the PASF board, which includes: Rosalind Amorteguy (Treasurer), Deborah Bertling, (President), Peter Bertling, Barbara Burger, Christopher Davis, Ronald Fendon, Dr. Marjorie S. Gies (Vice President), Howard Hudson, David McKee and Marylove Thralls (Secretary).

The PASF organization was formed in 1982 by the late Mrs. Lincoln Dellar to provide aid to deserving vocal and instrumental students with professional potential who live and/or study in the Santa Barbara area.
