Around 8:30 a.m. this morning (Monday) a fire truck arrived with lights and sirens in the REI parking lot, blocking in several cars. Two firefighters then ran into the REI building.
Does anyone know if there was a fire or if this was a medical response? REI wasn’t open yet but it looked like a staff member was waiting at the door and let them in.
Being married to a city fireman I can confidently say that they all “shop” almost daily usually grocery as each shift has to buy their own meals. However, they shop at all kinds of stores. I remember when my husband window shopped to get an idea how much our daughter’s wedding dress might cost. The saleswomen were quite enchanted having the good looking guys in their store!
