On January 23, 2016, it was announced that the Hope Ranch Inn on Upper State Street was going to rebuilt and become a three story 88 room Hyatt Place Hotel with two levels of parking. The city considers it a gateway to State Street. It was expected to be open for business within two years.
I drive by it everyday, and no work is being done. Does anyone know the status of this project?
