Driving Southbound around 6:30 for dinner tonight, saw what looked like a traffic break just north of Las Positas on-ramp. As we approached, I realized there were two adult males running at each other in the center northbound lane. One looked like he was trying to tackle or catch the other. I think there may have been 3 or more vehicles on the shoulder, unknown if any damage. Any clues from the scanner?

Man was running in the northbound lane of Highway 101 last night. Anyone know why?

Did anyone see the people chasing their little dog on the freeway near Earl Warren around 6:30? I think it jumped out the window and then they literally jumped out of their car and ran down the side of the freeway trying to catch it. I so hope they got it and the poor dog is ok!
