Some children were dropping pink stuffed bears from the Micheltorena overpass. I one bear drop from the overpass and another in traffic. I would have called 911 if I thought of it faster but was driving. What they were doing was dangerous and potentially deadly. This happened around 4:00 p.m. [Thursday].
