It’s on there , they got 3.16.
We got 2 1/2 inches last night by the beach in Carpinteria (Wed into Thurs morning). Almost a total of 5 inches in the recent storms. At Juncal Dam the caretaker said he registered 6 inches. Hopefully Gibraltar Dam will rise.
Gibraltar is now spilling.
