Anyone. Is he insane or merely another gutless wonder who can attack women, children, old people, the disabled, the sleeping–anyone he thinks CAN’T fight back enough to cause him real damage. Or perhaps he’s one of those who roam around in groups that vastly outnumber their prey? Or shoot from cars so they can get away quick?
