The creek outside my house (San Roque Creek) by State and Ontare rd went from a normal clear and somewhat dirty to a deep red brown mud in a few hours today at 4-5 pm. Jan 31, 2019.
I hope it’s not indicative of anything coming.

The county/city might be working on a debris flow basin upstream.
There is no debris basin anywhere along San Roque Creek.
San Roque creek has a debris basin below the water treatment plant.
