Awesome- Nail every “driving dirty” punk out there!
They tried to pull someone over with paper plates and they wouldn’t stop. They weren’t speeding so, failure to yield rather than pursuit. Felony stop since with “dirty plates” they don’t know who’s driving, maybe stolen or what.
Maybe it was the woman who stole the purse from the nail salon the other day. She had paper plates on her car.
