An elderly woman suffered minor burn injuries during a motorhome fire in Lompoc on Thursday afternoon.
At 1:17 p.m. Santa Barbara County Fire Department responded to 2312 Sweeney Road to find a 24 foot motorhome and shed next to residence fully involved in fire, said Captain Dave Zaniboni.
Fire crews kept the fire from spreading to the residence, but the shed and motorhome are a complete loss. The elderly woman was transported to Lompoc Hospital for treatment, but it’s unclear how she received the burns. A fire investigator is on scene to determine the cause of the incident.
