Santa Barbara County District Attorney Joyce E. Dudley announced today that a felony complaint has been filed against Darlene Rachelle Ybarra, 35, of Lompoc, California.
Ms. Ybarra is charged with first-degree murder, in violation of Penal Code section 187 in connection with the March 24, 2019 death of Eric Larsson, 55, also of Lompoc. In addition, special allegations that the murder was
willful, deliberate and premeditated and that Ms. Ybarra personally used a deadly weapon are alleged.
Ms. Ybarra is scheduled for arraignment in the Lompoc Superior Court this afternoon, March 28, 2019, in front of the Honorable Judge Raimundo Montes de Oca. Current bail is set at $2,000,000.00.
