Crashed head on into another vehicle East Monteciro at Santa Barbara street.
Fire department, Medic’s, SBPD Code 3.
Before that almost hit a pedestrian.
SBPD on scene.
Vehicle hit unoccupied appears non injury.
PD has the driver
SBPD has the drunk driver
Now saying possibly medically related.
