A woman suffered major injuries in a single-vehicle collision on Harris Grade Road near Lompoc on Friday.
Santa Barbara County firefighters responded to the scene around 6:15 p.m. near Highway 135. Crews discovered a Toyota SUV had gone off the roadway in an irrigation culvert.
The 20-year-old female driver required extrication from the vehicle and suffered major injuries. She was transported to Santa Maria Marion Regional Medical Center.
CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
