The Santa Maria Fire Department responded to the scene of a hit and run where a vehicle crashed into a business and the driver fled the scene.
The collision took place in the 500 block of West Main Street around 5:30 a.m. Tuesday near the corner of Curryer Street.
The vehicle crashed through the glass front windows of a business and became lodged. There are no reported injuries and Santa Maria Police are searching for the driver who fled the scene.
“A business”? Any idea which one?
The actual business name is unclear at this point.
