  1. The problem with the death penalty is innocent people get sent to death row. Heaven knows how many have been killed. With DNA many have been proven innocent and released. Two brothers, accused of rape and murder (I think in New York), were in prison for 30 years, one on death row. Both let go when DNA proved them innocent. I think death is the easy way out. Life in prison w/o the possibility of parole seems the harsher penalty.

  2. Sorry to disappoint you but I dislike K.H. very much I’m kinda of a red neck who believes in the death penalty, a few other things like guns right to bear arms, and to arm bears. I don’t like violence but I won’t back down if it visits me. My Hippie side is mostly for Mother Earth, rights for all people not intentionally hurting others having compassion not being racist, I love animals some people like everyone else I disagree with somethings, agree with others I’m not a democrat nor a republican.

  3. The family isn’t calling for vengeance like some of these comments so I think I should follow their lead. I wish we could figure out how we have a society that is raising these monsters and what we can do to address it. Otherwise we are just doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

  4. I wouldn’t bet on it. Remember, our fine governor believes in “moral truths” or whatever he deems that to be – your our beliefs and wishes as a citizen don’t count. Someone said Morales is in Mexico, if he is “he’ll be back.”

  5. Honestly, is this really about the death penalty, these animals should stand up to public stoning…Send everyone of these type of immigrants back to the hell of a country their parents illegally fled from in the first place, there is no place for this kind!!!
