Four subjects, 3 males wearing black and 1 female wearing an Army jacket, were all wearing masks. One was carrying a baseball bat and possibly juveniles were inside Patco Jewelry at 316 East Haley Street.

SBPD says it was a School Project…
And I guess the guy arrested for flashing young girls earlier was doing a project for his gender studies class
These little “school project” participants are lucky someone didn’t respond by blowing them away. Send them to Special Class.
A cry for help to the General SB Community that some schools, some teachers, and some parents are failing to teach and supervise minors. Children aged 12-17 require as much adult and general community oversight as infants, and must be held accountable by our City elected officials and DA.
One of the suspects said it was a school project? Did s/he also mention that they had a flying saucer parked in back?
