SBPD responded code 3 both suspects fled one Officer is on a subject…Ship Wreck Playground victim there with police and Multiple witnesses..
One suspect WMA Buzz cut, boxer shorts, skate board, the other suspect BMA 5;8 wearing all black, Victim was punched..not assaulted with weapons.
242pc Battery..
Police got there within seconds of the call couldn’t have been more than a minute…One of the suspects is claiming that the victim brandished a knife at him.
There are alot of witnesses so I’m sure everything will be sorted out..Roger out.
242 PC, simple battery, is a misdemeanor. Nothing will happen to the batterer. DA probably won’t even charge.

Adam – if you read Roger’s posts, it seems it may have been in self defense if the victim brandished a knife and then got beat up. In that case, you won’t need to worry about whether or not the DA charges. Hey, got an idea for you. If you’re so concerned (pretty obvious you are) about crime, how about you go get your JD, pass the Bar and become a DA yourself. Problem solved.
