From 12:40PM to about 1:00PM today there was lots of helicopter activity around the Montecito Ranch Estates and the Nesbitt compound – what’s up with that? I thought his permit requests were denied for helicopter landing pads at those sites.
It just left our place near Romero canyon around 1:45, was largely hovering in the same spot for 15 min., very annoying.
So annoying, we shouldn’t have to put up with this… Who can I call? or can someone call for me?
I love it when people comment on how helicopters hovering around aren’t annoying. Such people must have little to no hearing left or else have astoundingly high tolerance for obnoxious noise.
3:47pm – It is absolutely obnoxious, and in my opinion, Edison puts a little extra effort into it.
OMG!!! 15 minutes of helo noise! 15 minutes! Is it really THAT big of a deal? I hope none of you acting like its the end of the world never starts your lawnmower… If it is Edison inspecting lines, isn’t that a good thing?
You should hear all the noise we hear down here lower East Side the butt hole of Santa Barbara…
The rich, Cito dude is still looking for an LZ to set down his private chopper. It’s just too far to go to SBA and then have to sit in that blue collar traffic from Goleta to Cito.
But, Get Over It, it’s too close to Montecito & the Upper Crust of SB. Come on now!
Cry us a “YUGE” river, MHP. Your serene burg has been violated. There must be a law…!
WHAAAT?? I can’t hear you above the ranting of the helo haters.
