ANSWER
This one was a bit tricky. The logo clearly reflects the annual Summer Solstice Workshop which is headquartered at the Community Art Workshop at the corner of Ortega and Garden Streets.
However, this trailer is not currently parked there. Right now, and for most of the year, it sits behind the Super 8 motel at the corner of Hollister and Fairview Avenues in Goleta. Therefore, we only accepted answers reflecting its current location.
