We used to be beach people, but our magnificent Front Range is giving us mountain mania. Thursday’s show had a garland of low cloud accenting a line between mountains and hills. Hilltop details blended in and out of view. Closer to town the San Marcos Fooothills blushed yellow with mustard grass. Friday morning sun chased small plumes of mist from a strong blush of new green amid skeletons of burnt chaparral.
So much for sheltering in place. Fortunately the great majority of people in SB were staying out of the way and did not have to listen to your excursion.
7 11 pm. You may be right, if so I (7 04 pm) apologize.
