The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office has lifted the shelter in place order in the Stow Grove Park area of Goleta.
Santa Barbara Police Department Detectives and a SWAT team served a search warrant on Covington Way around 7:00 p.m.
SBPD spokesperson Anthony Wagner confirmed the operation was conducted without incident and the investigation is ongoing.

Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office sent out a shelter in place order at 7:26 p.m. Tuesday for the area of Stow Grove Park.
The notice reads: “LAW ENFORCEMENT OPERATION, SHELTER IN PLACE IN THE VACINITY [sic] OF STOW GROVE PARK UNLESS EVACUATED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT.”

Heard a motorcycle going very fast down Hollister earlier, but that isn’t uncommon lately.
We were hiking about back there from 3 to 5pm but no motor scooters around. Saw them circling by La Cumbre Plaza as well this afternoon… maybe they were following me!
