  1. Drugs? That is a very popular walking trail along the bluffs, used by families with kids, people in their 60s, 70s, 80s, university professors who live right there at the UCSB faculty condos, students and others. I’ve walked there hundreds of times. A drug thing is not what comes to mind. Maybe some young guys horsing around too carelessly, maybe taking a selfie on the edge with the Pacific and surfers as background, maybe a fall from a bike on the path, maybe one of many unfortunate but not nefarious reasons.

  3. It could be a head injury but I hear alot of Drug calls involving usually Meth where people roll around on the ground. I heard there might have been a fight involved so maybe the guy ran jumped and was luckily not fatally injured..
