Then reported on State street with a possible Firearm in his waistband, and or a knife. then there was another call of a subject brandishing a knife in the 500 Block of State street heading Southbound…
Around the same time was the subject throwing items at vehicles in the 600 Block of DLV.-
SBPD checking all 3 areas.
Guess they all ran off..
I hope they were all wearing masks..
